Weber Search & Selection is a headhunting company founded in 2004, working with recruitment and headhunting within the Life-Science segment in the Nordic countries.
Our strongest competence is recruitment and headhunting of specialists, leaders, managers, directors and executives in Denmark as well as in Norway and Sweden.
We are covering the entire chain of value from research, development, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, production, economy, finance, logistics, sales, marketing, business development and administration to management
Our customers are Danish and international companies and we deal with the same customers year efter year.

Our consultants independently have the main responsibility for the jobs we take on - from the planning fase to the finish line - and will personally perform any and all aspects of the job in hand. LARS WEBER
Lars Weber founded the company in 2004 and has, after completed health education and a clinical background, had a career in pharmaceuticals within sales, marketing and general management in companies such as MSD, Pharmacia, Bristol Myers, Dumex and Schering.
Apart from working within the Danish market, Lars has been Nordic Area Manager of Gastroenterology and Rheumatology and Managing Director in Germany and Denmark for Bristol Myers and Dumex.
After studies at INSEAD, Lars founded Weber Search & Selection.
Lars has - apart from headhunting - performed jobs within mentoring, sales- and communication courses, aquisition, search for distributors in Scandinavia and market analyses for Danish and international companies.
STEEN STORBJERG NIELSEN
Steen Storbjerg Nielsen has more than 20 years of experience within the life science sector. He has been holding management positions with a number key players, including: Bristol-Myers Squibb, Hexal, Nycomed and Pharma Nord.
Steen has been responsible for the establishment of licensing and distribution agreements globally, as well as the establishment and management of affiliates and business units in the Nordic Region.
Based on his extensive business understanding and substantial experience from the entire value chain, not least the HR functions, Steen has the foundation needed for his work within search, selection and consulting.
Business degree / CBA / IMD Lausanne / Coach (Pathfinder program).
